Now Tesla wanted to work on his Alternate Current design.He opened his laboratory with a group of investors on Liberty Street.He completed his 7 years old dream of AC motor in this lab.With this, all the components of AC system that are used in and which are still used were invented in this lab. In the same year, he gave the name to Patents of 22 inventions based on AC system.Pittsburgh’s industrialist George Westinghouse recognized Nikola’s talent and he offered him to buy all of his patents of AC designs for 1 million$.Tesla accepted this offer.Edison got jealous of Tesla’s success, and then the war of current between Tesla and Edison began.

Edison’s Tactics

Edison tried to build a negative image of Tesla.Edison described AC system as extremely dangerous, which was made by Tesla and Westinghouse company. Edison went among the people and used the AC current on the animals in a wrong way.It caused questioning on Tesla’s AC design in people and hence, built a negative image.Edison used this current on those prisoners imprisoned for sentenced to death and made them to the death by using this current.Edison’s work is considered to be a stigma of modern human civilization.

Despite this, Tesla and Westinghouse’s company continued their promotion and success.Tesla completed his childhood dream in 1896.He installed a huge electric motor and generator in Niagara Falls by using Niagara Falls’s energy.It introduced the electrical era.Tesla’s AC design provided light to a lot of houses in the USA.Now, these electric wires began to reach people’s homes for a long distance.Nikola Tesla has beaten Thomas Edison in this battle of Current.
